Ingredients:
- One or two packets of wafers large
- Three or four large onions.
- cream cheese.
- Ham
- Olive oil or white vinegar.
- Salt, pepper.
- A tip to paint the empanadas.
* Optional: basil or parsley.
Preparation:
- Cut onions in half and then sliced.
- Two tips to soften onion:
1 -. Place onion in large bowl with hot water and three tablespoons of white vinegar. Allow fifteen minutes, and soften the onion flavor. Strain and season.
2 -. Place onion in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper and simmer, stirring occasionally, until onion is transparent.
- Close empanadas first moistening edges with water, then press the edges with a fork.
- Painting with the yolk.
- We put in the oven at medium heat, and cook until they are toast.
