Goodnight tod @ s!! How are you? I hope that much better than me, and you could see that I have just uploaded recipes, this is a tough and very bad week I'm going, I hope end up with a good and happy ending, that's what I want.

Today I put the recipe for Paella I usually do, the only thing on the floor instead of meat and seafood make that I love. The photos are a beautiful village GÜEJAR SIERRA that are in Sierra Nevada. There I could prepare a paella for my friends over a wood fire, they loved them, but of course I will say if they are my friends hahaha. (The photos are two or three years ago jajaj)

INGREDIENTS:

- A cup of rice per person.
- Chicken.
- Onion.
- Garlic.
- A glass of wine.
- 2 medium red peppers
- 2 tomatoes Mature
- ground pepper.
- Parsley.
- Nail.
- Saffron or dye.
- Oil.
- Salt

PREPARATION.
- Chop the onion, peppers, garlic and tomatoes.
- Fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the pepper, tomatoes and finally the chicken.
- We threw a glass of wine or cup of chicken broth in this case.
- Add the water, and after a few minutes also add coloring or saffron.
- Pour a cup of rice per person, we will do little by little.
- When almost done add a chopped parsley, five nails and we do a few more minutes.
- Finally taste if the salt, when we see that is done, remove from heat and let stand for five minutes.
- Ready to Eat.
